Dr. Ben Matheson

BKin (Hons), DC

Dr. Matheson grew up in a Saskatchewan playing, watching, and constantly talking about almost all sports. As a member of his university track and field team, he combined a love of sports with his pursuit of a kinesiology degree (completed in 2008, University of Regina) in a quest to better understand all how exercise and physical activity interact with injury, pain and health. Since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, in 2011, Dr. Matheson has enjoyed working in many different settings in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Ontario.

His approach to treatment includes a combination of hands on treatment, exercise and advice. This includes manipulation/mobilization, soft tissue treatment, Graston technique, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, exercise, advice, and referral to optimize results for patients.

With each condition, a thorough assessment is key. Decisions for care are always made in a cooperative fashion (patient-focused approach) to ensure that you are presented with the best conservative options for care.
