Dynamic is open!

The provincial government, as well as our governing colleges have indicated that chiropractic and physiotherapy services are essential and can continue to operate during mandated lockdowns. This includes both in person care along with virtual care. We are excited to see you and to continue to provide the service and care that you have come to expect from Dynamic Physiotherapy and Chiropractic.

Please read below for more information on our safety procedures and the changes you should expect

Dynamic is following the recommendations from the ministry of health to ensure the health and safety of our patients and practitioners. These measures include but are not limited to:

  • Screening of all patients prior to booking and again prior to entering the clinic
  • Self-screening of all practitioners routinely
  • Personal protective equipment available (gloves, masks, eye protection)
  • Extending and staggering appointment times to ensure patients and staff are able to maintain appropriate social distancing.
  • Rigorous cleaning procedure between patients 
  • Cleaning and disinfecting with products on the Health Canada approved list

  • Stay in your vehicle until your appointment time. When your practitioner is ready to begin your treatment they will come to the door and perform another screening prior to you entering the clinic. Rest assured that we have extended our appointment times to ensure appropriate social distancing between patients and other practitioners. 
  • We ask that if you have a mask please bring one. If you do not have one we will have masks available for you to wear for the duration of your appointment . 
  • Upon entering the clinic you will be asked to wash your hands and we will recommend washing them again at the end of your appointment.
  • We will provide contactless payment methods such as email money transfers or retaining credit cards on file and emailed receipts.

All of Dynamic’s therapists are licensed health care practitioners, therefore receipts can be issued and covered by most extended health care benefit plans. Please contact us for more information or to book a baseline assessment.
