I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bishop’s University and then went on to complete my Master’s of Physiotherapy at Queen’s University.
My goal as your physio is to help you take control of your health and well-being. I believe that effective treatment goes beyond simply addressing symptoms — it’s about understanding you as an individual and empowering you to manage your condition long-term. My approach focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that not only target your immediate concerns but also equip you with the tools you need for self-management. By educating you on the mechanics of your body, providing exercises tailored to your needs and through the use of manual therapy techniques, I aim to help you regain independence and confidence in your movement, while ensuring that you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball, working out, and spending time outdoors. I also love baking and playing board games, and I am always on the lookout for a cute cafe to unwind in.
