Background and Treatment Approach
As your Chiropractor, my goal is to provide you with the best available methods to take control of your health and wellbeing. I practice under a patient-centered, evidence informed model of care. I provide individualized treatments for my patients based on their goals and preferences, all informed by the scientific literature. My treatments can include hands-on care such as chiropractic manipulation of the spine and extremities, joints mobilizations, and myofascial release, as well as exercise prescription, workplace ergonomic advice, and nutritional counselling.
I was born and raised in Kanata, playing several competitive sports in my youth. My passion for physical activity led me to receive my Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, after which I completed my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
I enjoy working with a diverse population base, from athletes to office workers, acute and chronic injuries alike. I look forward to working with you to find long lasting solutions to your physical health concerns.

In my free time, you’ll often find me outdoors on a run/bike on the NCC trail or the South March Highlands. I also look forward to getting back into recreational soccer as pandemic restrictions start to lift. My beautiful fiancée Colette likely wishes I spent more time indoors planning for our wedding next summer! We both love to travel, having been to 18 countries and counting.
