My goal is to empower you through education and rehabilitation to take control of your health, decrease your pain and increase your motion. I practice using evidence-based care individualized to meet the goals and preferences of each individual patient. I treat with a hands-on approach using a variety of skills to meet each patient’s needs. My treatments include chiropractic manipulations and mobilizations, myofascial release techniques, acupuncture/dry needling, taping, instrument-assisted tools, rehabilitation exercises and education.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology at the University of Ottawa. I then went on to complete my Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
I enjoy treating a wide range of patients including office workers to high level athletes, with acute and chronic injuries.
As a part of my commitment to continuing education and to your care, I have completed the following courses and certifications:
When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my son, husband, our dog and our family and friends. We love getting outside and being active. In the summer, we go hiking, camping and swimming as much as possible. In the winter, we love playing in the snow!
