"Helping to take a persons pain away and helping them feel better... there’s no better job than that"
RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
I am a single mother of twins and have spent most of my practice working from home while raising my daughters.
I graduated from the Algonquin College Practical Nursing program and spent 13 years working in nursing homes. Helping others is something that has always been important to me. I decided to change careers and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2003. Since then, I have worked in Vail / Beaver Creek Colorado, Holz Spa, and other Massage Therapy clinics. I feel blessed to have a career that improves the lives of others. My goal is to reduce pain and promote relaxation which in turn helps clients return to normal functioning both mentally and physically.
My strength is listening to clients needs, whether it’s regarding pressure or their treatment goals.
I work with clients that benefit from deep pressure as well as those that prefer light. I work with each client to determine which approach best suits their needs.
As a part of my commitment to continuing education and to your care, I have completed the following courses and certifications:
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active with my kids, kayaking, skiing and golfing. I don’t really enjoy working out or helping with homework but I do that too. I love relaxing at the lake while spending quality time with my daughters, friends and family.
