I feel privileged to bridge the gap between injury and recovery helping patients restore function regain confidence and return to the activities and routines they love
Physiotherapist
Physiotherapist
I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from George Brown College in Toronto. Driven by a passion for holistic, patient centric care, I treat every individual through a bio-psychosocial lens—addressing the whole person rather than just isolating symptoms.
My clinical foundation spans diverse healthcare settings across India and Canada. In India, I gained clinical and hospital experience working in orthopaedic units, surgical wards, and ICUs at major institutions like Civil Hospital. In Canada, as a Physiotherapist, I have managed diverse caseloads treating complex musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from sports injuries, post-fracture, and post-surgery care to balance deficits, neuropathic pain, and persistent pain management across all age groups, from athletes to the elderly population. My experience also extends to addressing the postural, ergonomic, and repetitive-strain challenges common among desk-based and corporate workers, helping professionals overcome neck, back, and wrist pain and optimise their workstation setups.
My approach goes beyond immediate pain relief to focus on long-term prevention, patient education, and active self-management to empower patients throughout their recovery journey. Every treatment plan is uniquely tailored using an evidence-based blend of hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities. Committed to ongoing professional development, I continuously expand my clinical toolkit with advanced certifications and courses:
Outside the clinical setting, I stay active and creative through hiking, traveling, exploring insightful podcasts, and writing.
