MScPT, BHSc
Physiotherapist
My lifelong passion for fitness, inspired by my diverse sports background has instilled a deep appreciation of the human body. This commitment to overall health led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. These educational achievements have provided me with the knowledge and expertise to create tailored treatment plans that emphasize exercise prescription and hands on techniques. My approach is patient-centered, focusing on your needs and goals. I create a positive and supportive environment that encourages active patient participation, reinforcing my belief in the positive impact that movement has on one’s health and quality of life.
My experience extends across a broad age spectrum, encompassing teenagers to older adults, and involves addressing a wide array of conditions from musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from injuries to athletes striving for peak performance.
As a part of my commitment to continuing education and to your care, my clinical experience lies in the following:
My journey in physiotherapy has allowed me to witness incredible transformations. I’ve seen individuals regain mobility after accidents, reach new heights in athletic performance, and improve the quality of life for those living with chronic conditions.
Beyond my role as a physiotherapist, I’m also a personal trainer with a passion for fitness. I spend ample time at the gym, constantly challenging myself physically. I enjoy reading, love spending time with friends and family, and enjoy spending time outdoors. Additionally, I have a deep love for travel, exploring new places and cultures.
